Whole Miner Repairs & Diagnosis
Experiencing issues with your miner? Send it in, and we'll perform a thorough diagnosis for a fee of $35 per miner. In case replacement parts are needed after diagnosis, here are the typical costs (varies by model):
- Control Board Replacement: $120

- Fans: $10 each
Hashboard Repairs
If you've already narrowed down your problem and only need hash board repairs, we charge a standard fee depending on the repairs needed.

Polyurethane Conformal Coating for Temp Sensors: $15 Per Board
Shield delicate components like temperature sensors with this conformal coating. It provides a corrosion barrier, safeguarding their function and ensuring long-lasting board reliability.
Integrity Test
After completing your repairs, we'll conduct a thorough 24-48 hour integrity test on boards and machines to ensure the repairs are robust. This allows you to enjoy stress-free hashing.
Unrecoverable Boards
Some hash boards may be beyond repair or not cost-effective to fix. We classify these boards as unrecoverable. This leaves you with a few options.
1. We return the board to you. You pay the base fee of $35 along with the shipping charge for its return
2. You surrender the board to Kaboomracks for spare parts/scrap. All associate fees are waived. It's a mutually beneficial arrangement.
Documentation
Pictures and proper documentation, including the unit model, serial number, and diagnosed issues, are standard parts of our repair process. This ensures transparency and accuracy throughout the repair process.
